We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

My name is Mark. My profession for many years has been marketing, and I enjoy photography, but the interests that actually led me here were writing and game development. I am the creative lead for an Indie Space Sim/MMO called BorderSpace. I started after college (many many years ago) as an aspiring writer. I did a few short gigs as Assistant Edior at Isaac Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine and Amazing Stories Magazine ... but ended up doing marketing in the "real world."
Now, with BorderSpace, I have come full-circle back to science fiction, back to writing (and some music composing) -- and also applying some of the years of real-world experience in business, marketing, leadership and project management, too.
